This is a hot weekend for the West Coast!  We got Marley in Hawaii, The Shane Mosley vs Floyd “Money” Mayweather fight in Vegas,  “my girl” Chelsea Handler at the Gibson in Los Angeles tonight…how’s that for an action packed west side?  Hopefully, all of you are getting into some action in your neck of the woods this weekend!  Make it a great one!

…And on that note, our *haute* topic today is MUSIC.  What music makes you motivated?  I’m sure there are a few songs in your mental playlist, that make you wanna do and be your best when you’re listening to them? …those songs that get you fired up?!?!  That’s a great feeling, and fortunately, music actually does hit our emotion, whether it’s motivational (for career & personal lives),  melancholy, or upbeat. For me, it’s primarily a motivator. Of course

I listen to it for pleasure, but when you hear enough Elmo cd’s, and kiddie renditions of Common or the Rolling Stones, the motivational balance isn’t so bad.
